To access Installogy, you must download, install, and activate the Installogy Access Client. The step-by-step details of this process are outlined below and are also contained in a confirmation email sent upon receipt of payment, to the email address that was used when completing the online order form.

This confirmation email provides details of the payment transaction, specifies where to download the Installogy Access Client, and provides the activation number.

You may also download / install the client by clicking here. When prompted choose Run to begin installing over the internet or choose Save As to save the installation file to your computer for installation at a later time.

To transfer Installogy from one computer to another you will need to know your Installogy license number and the answer to your secret question. This information was forwarded to you via a confirmation email that was sent after you first purchased the software. The secret question and answer were chosen by you when you completed the online registration form.

Please note that the answer to your secret question is case sensitive – you must enter it exactly as you did originally.

To access Installogy you must be using Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or higher. If you are running a version prior to IE6, please update your browser.

Installogy stores graphic documents in PDF (Portable Document Format), viewing these documents requires the use of software capable of viewing files with the extension '.pdf'. We recommend to Download and install the latest version of Adobe's Acrobat Reader software.

  • Close all Internet Explorer windows and Installogy Access Client
  • Open Internet Explorer
  • Click on the Tools menu
  • Click on the Advanced tab
  • Uncheck the "Show friendly HTTP error messages" box
  • Click OK
  • Close Internet Explorer
  • Open the Installogy Access Client

You will now be able to view all available information on the Installogy website.

  • Close all Internet Explorer windows
  • Open Internet Explorer
  • Click on the Tools menu and select Internet Options
  • On the General tab, click Delete Cookies and Delete Files
  • Check the box that says Delete all offline content
  • Click OK
  • Click on the Privacy tab
  • Click the Advanced button in the middle of the screen
  • Check the Override automatic cookie handling box and Always allow session cookies box
  • Click OK on this screen and OK again on the next screen
  • Close Internet Explorer and reboot your computer

When you next run the Installogy Access Client everything should work properly.
